Austria back to the UK

After the disappointment of missing out on a day's skiing we decided to cheer ourselves up and visit the Porsche Museum in Stuttgart as it was on the way home.  Knowing something is in Stuttgart is not that helpful as it is a large city and only with the help of the fantastic iPhone did we track down the superb new museum.

Luckily we didn't run into any of Europe's law enforcement officers on our trip - but imagine my surprise when we saw our exact same camper in the Porsche showroom next to a new 911!

After a few more hours the signs for Calais started to appear and our journey was almost over - unfortunately we missed the ferry and had to wait three hours for the next one, but at least we could has a sleep in a proper double bed!!

UK ferries are not quite as enlightened as the Greeks and rather than stay in the comfort of our own camper we had to head up to the lounge area, but as we were first off the ferry we were back at the base in half an hour.

In summary, an amazing experience crossing so many countries but in the comfort of a campervan.  No worries over baggage allowances, queues at the airport, strikes or missing suitcases - just pack up and go with an Offshore Camper.  Hopefully this has inspired your own adventures - why not give us a call to check out availability.
